Do I need to visit the office to submit original documents?
No, you do not need to visit an office. We only need a clear scan or picture of your document(s) for translation and a working email from our clients.
Can I get the certified translation by email?
Yes, the translations are delivered by email (in PDF) by default, your location is not an issue for receiving NAATI certified translation by email.
How do I get a hard copy of certified translation?
An express postage option is usually offered in the quote for clients based in Australia.
When will my NAATI translation expire?
There is no expiry for NAATI certified translations delivered, as the accuracy does not change with time. The expiry date in the NAATI translator's stamp only pertains to when the translator has to renew his/her certification in order to continue preparing certified translation. If the receiving authority for your translation requires the translation to be prepared within a certain time-frame before actual submission, please take note accordingly as this does not pertain to expiry.
